Zero Rust is a direct-to-metal, rust and corrosion control coating that acts as an impermeable barrier at the steel level. Available colors are listed with each category. It dries to a Satin Finish, but Crystal Coat is also available to add a glossy finish and additional UV protection.
- Provides superior rust control - chemical, heat and abrasion resistant.
- Starves oxygen & moisture from the metal surface preventing the formation of rust.
- Field tested with proven results.
- ASTM-B117 exceeds 2000 hours salt spray test at 3 mils dry film recommended thickness.
- Easy-to-use, single package convenience eliminates mixing as in 2-part epoxy paints allowing leftovers to be stored, NOT trashed!
- Outperforms epoxy with no time constraints and easy touch ups.
- 40% harder than epoxy and 25% harder than urethane, yet does not get brittle.
- Easy clean-up with xylene or lacquer thinner.
- Longer shelf life than the competition.
- High solids content for superior coverage and performance.
- Environmentally friendly, low in volatile organic compounds (VOC's).
- Safe to use - contains no lead, barium, isocyanates or epichlorohydrins.
- Can be used either as a primer or satin finish final coat.
- Can be used on metal, concrete or wood.
