Rust doesn’t discriminate. It forms on almost every vehicle and on every exterior steel body panel. If you’re vehicle is exposed to salt spray, it’s most likely going to rust even faster, and usually by the time you see bubbles the situation is a lot worse than it appears. A lot of body panels will rust from the inside out, so those paint bubbles are like the tip of the iceberg. Poke it with your finger and all of the sudden you find a hole that goes completely through the panel. There’s also a good chance that the body panel behind or next to the bubbled one is also rusted. Rust is nasty, but we have the body repair panels to help fix your rust problems.

All of our rust replacement body panels are constructed of heavy gauge stamped steel that meets or exceeds the thickness of the original body panel that it’s replacing. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part, which means that these aftermarket panels will be an exact match to the original part’s shape. Since the panels are an exact match, the old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.

Each panel has an EDP coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For additional rust protection, we offer ZeroRust which is a rust-inhibiting paint, as well as a selection of undercoating materials.

Whether you need to replace a lower quarter panel, a dog leg, a footwell, or door pillar, we have the parts that you’re looking for. Fix the rust on your vehicle by ordering this 1971-1995 Chevy/GMC Full Size Van Lower Left Side Panel (125″ W.B.) from Raybuck Auto Body Parts today.

A I bought these for my Chevy 71 G30 van and the fit was perfect. I removed the aluminum trim from the sides....and pop riveted the panels underneath where the trim was located...simply...no welding was needed and the seams were hidden along with the rivets once the trim was reapplied!
A I had a body person spot weld my replacement panel, 1993 GMC Vandura , and it completly covers where these vans dog leg holds salt and dirt and the rusts.
