Description

This 1988-1998 GM C/K Pickup Ext Cab Corner, Driver Side fits 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 Chevy or GMC Pickup Truck.

Cab corners get abused from the elements and road debris. They catch road grime and salt which, over time, causes them to rust out. The good news is that we carry a wide selection cab corners for Chevy trucks. And, replacing cab corners is still a heck of a lot cheaper than buying a new truck.

All of our cab corners are constructed of heavy gauge stamped steel that meets or exceeds the thickness of the original body panel that it’s replacing. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part, which means that these aftermarket panels will be an exact match to the original part’s shape. Since the panels are an exact match, the old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.

Each panel is e-coated (EDP) for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.

Whether you need to replace the driver side, passenger side, or both, we have the parts that you’re looking for. Replace your rusted cab corner by ordering this 1988-1998 C/K Pickup Ext Cab Corner, Driver Side from Raybuck Auto Body Parts today.

      A These must be welded
A These panels are as pictured, heavy gauge (not found elsewhere), and fit nicely. Any of the repairs the rid rust in this corner will require trimming out the rust then using that piece to make a pattern on this one. Highly recommend removing body seam filler to find factory spot welds on the back of cab and where door seals. Try to stay at least 3/4 or 1 inch below the bodyline to hold the body shape (unless that area is rusted, then you don't have a choice). A I cut off some of the top and riveted and have been on from 3 years and still look great.
