Description

This Ford Super Duty passenger side cab corner fits 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 regular and crew cab trucks.

Cab corners get abused from the elements and road debris. The cab corners on your Super Duty catch road grime and salt which, over time, causes them to rust out. If you’re thinking “I’d rather fix my rust than buy a new vehicle”, you’ve come to the right place.

All of our cab corners are constructed of heavy gauge stamped steel that meets or exceeds the thickness of the original body panel that it’s replacing. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part, which means that these aftermarket panels will be an exact match to the original part’s shape. Since the panels are an exact match, the old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.

Each panel is e-coated (EDP) for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over.

Whether you need to replace the driver side, passenger side, or both, we have the body panels that you’re looking for. Fix the rust on your cab corners by ordering this passenger side 1999-2015 Ford Super Duty regular or crew cab cab corner from Raybuck Auto Body Parts today.

A On my cab corner replacement project, I traced & cut out the existing trouble area of rust And welded the new part with existing steel, blending the transition. (I also installed new rocker panels as well) My rust issue didn't exceed the cab corner areas.
Answered by the admin This is just the lower portion of the cab corner. You would need tools to do body work, cut out the old metal and and weld the new part. Grinder, cut off wheel, spot weld cuter , welder. You would need to do bodywork and paint after installation.
