This 1999-2016 Ford Super Duty Pickup Passenger’s Side Front Floor Support fits 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 Ford F250, F350, F450 Super Duty trucks.
This floor support will work to replace the end of the original intermediate, horizontal, floor support (Ford F81Z-2510776-AA) for 1999-2007 Super Duty pickups and 2000-2005 Excursions. Below is a picture of the original support and the original support with this panel fitted to it. Some cab styles use one of these and some use two.

The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part, which means that these aftermarket panels will be an exact match to the original part’s shape. Since the panels are an exact match, the old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.
Each panel has an EDP coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.
