Description

This Ford Super Duty Passenger side cab corner fits 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 Ford Super Duty, Super Cab/Extended Cab.

Cab corners get abused from the elements and road debris. The cab corners on your Super Duty catch road grime and salt which, over time, causes them to rust out. If you’re thinking “I’d rather fix my rust than buy a new vehicle”, you’ve come to the right place.

All of our cab corners are constructed of heavy gauge stamped steel that meets or exceeds the thickness of the original body panel that it’s replacing. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part, which means that these aftermarket panels will be an exact match to the original part’s shape. Since the panels are an exact match, the old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.

Each panel is e-coated (EDP) for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over.

Whether you need to replace the driver side, passenger side, or both, we have the body panels that you’re looking for. Fix the rust on your cab corners by ordering this passenger side 1999-2016 Ford Super Duty Super Cab cab corner from Raybuck Auto Body Parts today.

A The treaded section is fixed to the cab, these mount over the fixed part. I cut my rocker corner between the middle and upper hinge bolt. The inner support provided a good base to start welding and create a solid base. I also replace the inner rocker support, they were attached to the fixed metal used for the hinge mount.
    4. The ones I got do not have the threaded hinge mount. The rocker panels I got have them but not cab corners

A The hinge mount is attached to the inner structure and the corner is spot welded to it at that point. I used that bolted flange to help locate the rocker while I welded.

A They are the same thickness as OEM or thicker. The threaded hinge mount is located behind this panel and there are thru holes for the bolts to pass through.
