All of our cab corners are constructed of stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an oEM-lik fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.
Each panel is coated (EDP, galvanized) for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.

I like the gauge of metal on the cab corners and rocker panels. The only thing I did not like was the extremely high cost of shipping to Canada.
