When selecting any part for your pickup, please make sure that you are selecting the correct cab style: Standard/Regular Cab has two doors and no rear seating area, Extended Cab has two rear suicide doors that open towards the bed of the truck and do not have exterior door handles, Crew Cab has four full doors that all open up toward the front of the truck.

Description

This passenger side cab corner fits 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra regular cab trucks.

Cab corners get abused from the elements and road debris. The cab corners on your truck catch road grime and salt which, over time, causes them to rust out. If you’re thinking “I’d rather fix my rust than buy a new vehicle”, you’ve come to the right place.

All of our cab corners are constructed of heavy gauge stamped steel that meets or exceeds the thickness of the original body panel that it’s replacing. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part, which means that these aftermarket panels will be an exact match to the original part’s shape. Since the panels are an exact match, the old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.

Each panel is e-coated (EDP) for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over.  For best results, we recommend applying a coat of primer prior to painting.

      A yes they have to be welded or bonded with panel adhesive. I welded mine on after trimming, the fit was perfect and the actual corners and rockers are heavier gauge material than original. They made for a very nice job.
