How it works
At Raybuck we’re not here to sell you anything you don’t need, we’re just here to help you fix your ride with the highest quality and best fitting parts on the market. We realize that projects can get expensive, so we created a loyalty rewards program that can help you save some cash. You’ll start earning loyalty points (from purchases, promos, and even your birthday) that can be converted into discounts on any future order. There are three tiers in the program, and as you advance to a higher tier you’ll earn rewards even faster!

How do I earn Rewards points?
There are many ways to earn points. You will always earn points for the purchases you make at raybuck.com. You can also earn points for referring a friend that makes a purchase, signing up for our email newsletter, sharing social media, submitting a product review, and submitting a Google review. Non-purchase activities have a frequency cap on how often you can earn points for completing those activities. You may also have opportunities to earn points during special bonus points days promotions.
Are points rewarded for phone orders
No. Points are only rewarded for online orders.
How do I know how many points I have accumulated?
You can always see your current points balance in your account profile. You can also view available rewards, ways to earn more points, and your previous loyalty activity history there.
What happens to my Rewards points when I cancel or return my order?
The points you earned on the canceled or returned items will be deducted from your Rewards points balance when you cancel or return your order.
What happens to my Rewards points when part of my order is cancelled?
If part of your order is cancelled, your points balance will be adjusted and the points equivalent of the cancelled items will be deducted from your balance.
I should have earned points for an order, but I don’t see the points added to my total points balance. What should I do?
Please check your account profile to see if your order is reflected in your activity summary. If the activity does not show up after 3 days from the date of your order, please reach out to us at [email protected] and our Customer Service team will be happy to help. Please include your order number in the email to expedite the process. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you receive after placing your order.
Do my Rewards points expire?
Reward points expire 12 months (365 days) from the date of your last online purchase.
What rewards can I redeem with my Rewards points?
Points can be redeemed for $10, $20, $30 or $50 rewards that can be used on future orders placed at raybuck.com.
Is there a minimum number of points required to redeem a reward?
The smallest denomination of points that can be redeemed at one time is 200 points for a $10 reward.
How do I redeem Rewards points?
On the checkout page you can simply select the reward you want to redeem and it will be auto-applied to your order. You may only redeem one reward per order.
Where can I find my Rewards activity?
Visit the account profile and look at the “History” tab to see all your past loyalty activities. Any rewards that you have redeemed will be listed here.
Can I combine Rewards with other promotions or coupon codes?
No. Rewards cannot be combined with generic coupon-based promotions or other coupon codes.
Can I return or exchange the rewards that I have redeemed with my points?
Once you have redeemed points, you cannot reverse that action. Rewards points cannot be added back to your total points balance, or exchanged for rewards of different values.
PROGRAM TIERS & STATUS
What are the different tiers in the Rewards Program and what do they mean?
There are three tiers in the Rewards Program: (1) Silver, (2) Gold, and (3) Platinum. Higher tiers unlock more rewards and the opportunity to earn additional points on every order. See the Tier Information above for the details of each tier.
How do I achieve Rewards Silver status?
All customers start in Silver, the first tier of the Rewards Program. You can achieve Silver status by simply creating a raybuck.com account. You will earn points at a rate of 1% back (1$ spent = 1 points earned).
How do I achieve Rewards Gold status?
To achieve Gold status, earn 400 or more Rewards points by making purchases on raybuck.com. Additional loyalty activities do not apply towards tier status.
How do I achieve Rewards Platinum status?
To achieve Platinum status, earn 800 or more Rewards points by making purchases on raybuck.com. Additional loyalty activities do not apply towards tier status.
How many points do I earn in each tier?
You will earn points at a faster rate once you qualify for a higher tier.
- Silver status users earn 1 points per $1 dollar spent.
- Gold status users earn 1.25 points per $1 dollar spent.
- Platinum status users earn 1.5 points per $1 dollar spent.
Regardless of tier level, all users will receive the same number of set points for non-order activities (e.g. referring a friend that makes a purchase, signing up for our email newsletter, sharing social media, submitting a review, etc).
When do I start earning more points after qualifying into a higher tier?
You will earn more points tied to a higher status tier on the first order you place after qualifying for a higher tier. You cannot earn additional points on past orders retroactively.
After I achieve a higher status within the Rewards Program, does my status expire?
Your status will only expire if you don’t earn the required amount of points in the following calendar year after earning that status.
