Rust doesn’t discriminate. It forms on almost every vehicle and on every exterior steel body panel. If you’re vehicle is exposed to salt spray, it’s most likely going to rust even faster, and usually by the time you see bubbles the situation is a lot worse than it appears. A lot of body panels will rust from the inside out, so those paint bubbles are like the tip of the iceberg. Poke it with your finger and all of the sudden you find a hole that goes completely through the panel. There’s also a good chance that the body panel behind or next to the bubbled one is also rusted. Rust is nasty, but we have the body repair panels to help fix your rust problems.

All of our rust replacement body panels are constructed of heavy gauge stamped steel that meets or exceeds the thickness of the original body panel that it’s replacing. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part, which means that these aftermarket panels will be an exact match to the original part’s shape. Since the panels are an exact match, the old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.

Each panel has an EDP coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For additional rust protection, we offer ZeroRust which is a rust-inhibiting paint, as well as a selection of undercoating materials.

Whether you need to replace a lower quarter panel, a dog leg, a footwell, or door pillar, we have the parts that you’re looking for. Fix the rust on your vehicle by ordering this 1992-2012 Ford Van Rear Lower Section (Extended Van) Passenger Side from Raybuck Auto Body Parts today.

A I have install these panels on my 1999 Ford van one of them I did approximately 7 years ago. What I did was cut out the rusted area and flanged the edges. I then coated the entire area inside and out with the Mastercoat Permanent Rust sealer/ primer. 2/3 coats IS recommended. This piece can be welded in or glued. I did both. Mastercoat contains the same resin as Gorilla Glue. . There is also access points from under the truck that you can spray your permanent rust sealer on the backside of your repair if you decided to weld it. After it's sealed prime and paint it. Spray the inside of your roc... Read more
