If the seat cover in your Full Size GM Pickup is ripped or worn, order this 1995-2006 Chevy/GMC Full Size Pickup Seat Cover with Seat Belt Pass Throughs, Closed Back to make it look new again. This isn’t just a seat cover, it’s a true upholstery kit that you can install yourself. This ready-to-install kit is designed specifically for your factory original frame and is not a universal cover. It is made of the highest quality, auto-rated materials and will completely replace, not cover, your existing upholstery. With it’s fully foamed back, this kit will help in restoring your auto interior to a comfortable and clean new look while saving you hundreds of dollars (If you need to replace the original seat foam, please see our seat foam repair kits. Seat Foam Repair Kits). Each kit includes installation directions, and the hog rings and pliers required to secure the kit to the seat frame. The kit does not include a replacement seat pad. Each kit is custom made in the U.S.A., based on your selections, and is shipped directly from the manufacturer to you in approximately 4-5 weeks.

Closed Back – This is optional for standard cab pickups but required for extended cabs, crew cabs, and Suburban front seats. As it sounds, the seat cover wraps around the entire back of the seat.

It’s just ok. Not super impressed. I bought this to replace the factory seat cover on a 98 model gmc pickup. For starters there are a significant amount of wrinkles in the tweed. The new cover fits very loose on the bottom sides even with new foam. Top portion does not come with a zipper bottom like the original cover. Leather feels on the cheap side as well. I understand this is not a true factory replacement but I feel for the amount time I had to wait for it to come (roughly 4 weeks) I should not have to modify this. Unfortunately I will be busting out the upholstery machine to fix the issues it has going on in order for it to look good. If you are just looking for something that will function then I’d give this 5 stars because it will work for what it’s advertised for. However if your in the market for something that functions, is good quality, and looks close to original then look elsewhere.

Lauren, would you please send pictures to [email protected] so we can see the areas that you don’t like? There should be no wrinkles, and the cover should not be loose. I’d like to see if it needed to be pulled tighter before installing the hog rings, or if there is something else going on. Also, there is no leather on the cover as it’s vinyl and tweed, so there will be a different feel. Thanks, Steve

Quality upholstry material & construction. Presewn/exact match to original upholstry (including pleating). All neeed installation hardware is provided – total time from seat removal to reinstallation of completed seat/seat back approx 3.5 hours. Most time consuming task is stretching the new upholstry over the old seat form – it is sewn as a perfect fit. Velcro hold downs on origninal seat form matched perfectly to the new upholstry. End result is a seat that looks factory fresh, no sags, wrinkes or ill fitted areas. Hog nose pliers provided could use a bit of an upgrade but wrapping tape around the handles makes them much more useable.
