Ford Super Duty Body & Sheet Metal: What’s Available
The Ford Super Duty has been one of America’s most-used heavy-duty work trucks since its debut in 1999. That hard use — combined with road salt, moisture, and years of hauling — leads to predictable rust and body damage in specific areas. Raybuck stocks the most commonly needed body and sheet metal categories to help you repair what’s there rather than replace the whole truck.
Rocker Panels
Rocker panels run along the bottom of the cab between the wheel wells and take a constant beating from road debris, salt spray, and standing water. They’re one of the first places rust takes hold on Super Duty trucks. We carry both full and partial rocker panel replacements for Regular Cab, Super Cab, and Crew Cab body styles, available in welded and slip-on styles depending on the extent of the damage.
Cab Corners
The rear cab corners sit just above and behind the rear wheels — a natural trap for mud, moisture, and road salt. Once corrosion sets in at the cab corner, it spreads fast if left untreated. Raybuck offers cab corner replacement panels designed to restore the structural edge of the cab with an OEM-matched profile.
Wheel Arches
The upper and lower wheel arch openings on Super Duty trucks are chronic rust points, especially on trucks that see year-round use in northern climates. Rust here is often hidden behind mud flaps or trim pieces until it’s already eaten through the metal. Our wheel arch panels are contoured to match the original openings on both the front and rear of the cab.
Floor Pans
Floor pan rust is common on Super Duty trucks that have spent years exposed to salt and moisture intrusion — especially through firewall seams, cab corners, or dried-out door seals. Replacing floor pan sections early prevents structural compromise and keeps the cab floor solid underfoot. We carry floor pan sections for the driver and passenger sides as well as transmission tunnel sections where applicable.
Bed & Bedside Panels
The truck bed takes a beating from cargo, moisture, and road debris. Whether you’re dealing with rot along the lower bedside, rust at the bed floor, or damage to the bed rails, Raybuck carries bedside replacement sections and bed floor panels sized for both short and long bed configurations across the 1999–2016 model range.
Door Skins & Door Bottoms
Door bottoms and lower door skins are vulnerable to rust from the inside out — water collects in the door cavity and slowly corrodes the metal from within. When surface rust or bubbling appears along the lower door edge, a replacement door skin or lower door panel repair section can restore the appearance and integrity of the door without the cost of a full door replacement.
Why Buy Body Panels From Raybuck?
Raybuck has been supplying rust repair and restoration parts since 1985. All of the body and sheet metal panels we carry for the Ford Super Duty are made from heavy-gauge stamped steel developed using 3D scans of OEM parts — so fitment is as close to factory spec as possible. Panels come E-coated for corrosion resistance and are ready to prep and paint. Whether you’re doing a professional shop repair or a weekend DIY restoration, you’ll get professional-grade parts without dealership markups.
