Rust doesn’t discriminate. It forms on almost every vehicle and on every exterior steel body panel. If you’re vehicle is exposed to salt spray, it’s most likely going to rust even faster, and usually by the time you see bubbles the situation is a lot worse than it appears. A lot of body panels will rust from the inside out, so those paint bubbles are like the tip of the iceberg. Poke it with your finger and all of the sudden you find a hole that goes completely through the panel. There’s also a good chance that the body panel behind or next to the bubbled one is also rusted. Rust is nasty, but we have the body repair panels to help fix your rust problems.
All of our rust replacement body panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.
Each panel has a protective (EDP, Galvanized, etc.) coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For additional rust protection, we offer ZeroRust which is a rust-inhibiting paint, as well as a selection of undercoating materials.
Whether you need to replace a lower quarter panel, a dog leg, a footwell, or door pillar, we have the parts that you’re looking for. Fix the rust on your vehicle by ordering this 1964-1966 Front Upper, Inner Roof Panel from Raybuck Auto Body Parts today.

Wayne Jacobs –
My 64 shorty C10 was an original NC citizen for all it’s life, that was until I bought in 2014 and gave it a new home in Iowa. Being from a part of the country that thinks a blizzard comes from Dairy Queen and the city closes down if they get 2″ of snow you would expect to see a rust free or very minimal amount of rust on the frame and maybe the rear quarters where the paint has worn off. As it turns out mine was rust free everywhere you would expect rust but it wasn’t rust free. Indeed water had spent years seeping though the rubber molding and rusted out the top of the windshield frame. The 1964-1966 CHEVY C10 FRONT UPPER, INNER ROOF PANEL was a perfect fit. After removing the windshield we cut the outline a half inch short then used a flapper wheel on the 1/4″ drive air grinder and removed the paint along the outline. We then took 1/2″ step pliers to the outline and then did a tack weld followed by low heat and short welds. Some lite grinding and a very little bit if filler finished the job. The replacement panel did great when welded even with low heat and stitching there wasn’t any warping
