    Answered by the admin My understanding is the same wheel size and design was used, only the horn cap and an insert for the horn cap area are seemingly different. While the internal structure and fitment are the same, the appearance varied by trim level: Base Model: Usually equipped with a Standard Steering Wheel. For 1968, these featured a brushed or matte finish (due to new anti-reflective laws) and a horn button with a "Bow-Tie" or plain Chevrolet emblem.
