I recently purchased a Dashes Direct dash replacement for my Karmann Ghia through Raybuck Auto Parts. Unfortunately, the dash is defective and I am awaiting the customer service from Dashes Direct to make good on their lifetime warranty through Raybuck Auto. It has been two weeks since pictures were submitted for a return order and I have yet to receive it. The product is only as good as the customer service!
