Took about two hours to swap out my old one and install this one on my 75 Scout. However, there was an overfill tube that I did not know where to put anywhere, so I did have to drill through on of the capped fittings on the side and reinstall it with a clamp. If you are replacing an old Scout gas tank, you WILL run into this issue, so I hope that helps.
