** This seal does not work with the thinner factory glass from 1973-1975.** Aftermarket replacement glass and slider glass will work.
Rear window Seal/Gasket for 1973-1987 Chevy/GMC full size pickup with trim groove with lock strip.

This Seal/Gasket fits 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987 Chevy and GMC Pickup

This rear window Seal/Gasket goes first on the body then the glass is placed in the opening. Tucking in the self locking strip secures the glass in place. Made from ozone resistant EPDM rubber and from the same OE specs as the original for an authentic fit and finish. *Note. This weatherstrip does not work with original sliders.     Answered by the admin yes, slider glass will work, be aware - This seal does not work with the thinner factory glass from 1973-1975.
