If the seat cover title includes a reference to perfs/perforation, then the perimeter of the cover will be in solid vinyl and the center portion in perforated vinyl. If there is no reference to perforation, you can choose the perforated material option, and the seat cover will come solid vinyl perimeter and perforated center section.
