This is a good quality product but some holes weren’t drilled and it came a little warped. Once painted and installed it looks great. I’m going to try applying pressure and heat on the warped area above the instrument cluster. Maybe I can straighten it out.

After Raybuck saw my review they contacted seeming concerned. They stated that this should not have been warped and asked to send the pictures to a different department for manufacturer review. I jumped through the few hoops they asked of me just to get to the conclusion that a warranty was not possible due to “it’s already painted. I guess they just wanted to pull me around by my nose ring for the fun of it. This only got my hopes up that they really just cared to provide a good quality product. Instead, I was just denied something I didn’t even request to begin with. This type of treatment would definitely change my rating to one star but I can’t seem to edit it!

Clay, sorry, we were not trying to mislead you. We were trying to understand the condition that the pad showed up in, and what may have caused the warping. The rep was also hoping that you may have taken pictures of it prior to painting it. If you had, we could have submitted a warranty claim. Unfortunately, as the rep relayed, since it was painted prior to taking any pictures, the manufacturer will not warrant it. Again, we weren’t trying to mislead you. We just saw an issue and were trying to help.
