Most likely you’re looking at this page because the floors in your vehicle were feeling soft, and when you lifted the flooring you noticed that it was the only thing keeping your feet from hitting the ground. Floor pans take a beating from the elements, and tend to trap moisture coming up from the ground as well as moisture dripping off of your boots. The good news is that we have a wide selection of replacement floor panels to help you fix your ride.

All of our replacement floor panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.

Each panel has a protective (EDP, Galvanized, etc.) coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.

Whether you need to replace the the driver side, the passenger side, front or rear, we have the parts that you’re looking for. Replace your rusted floor pans by ordering this 1980-1996 Ford Pickup Cab Floor Outer Section, Driver Side from Raybuck Auto Body Parts today.

This is my first time doing bodywork and I couldn’t be happier with the results from using this panel. Trimmed it to fit the area I cut out and it dropped right in. Nice, thick metal as well.

Worked great and looks great. Metal is thicker than the original and should last a very long time! I am definetly going to buy the passenger outer floor board when the time comes! Pleased with the quality.

Q To be sure, is this the panel that accepts the weather striping ? answer now

A Hey John. I just dealt with the same issue on my 1994 F150 and this is what I came up with. This panel accepts the weather stripping but it is meant to be pinch welded to the rocker panel to form the "fin" that the weather stripping clips onto. Here's where it gets confusing. Part number 1982-107 is a rocker panel that welds to the outer floor pan and has the seat belt attachment point, the jack point and the fender mount. Part number 1982-101 is also a rocker panel that welds to the outer floor pan but instead of having the seat belt mount, jack point and fender mount, that panel transitions ... Read more

Q Will this replace the driver side extended cab on an XLT lariat? answer now

A I don't know why it would not work. Mine is not an extended cab. The question to find the answer to is the front door. If they are the same it should work. If the extend cab door is not as wide, it still should work. It is a well made piece.

A No, this is the door sil, it the threshold between the rocker panel and the floor. I used this part on my regular cab, and for that, it worked well, but doesn’t extend any further back than the drivers seat.
