The blemishes from the mold the grille was made in look like the plastic toys your child gets that you have to twist to get out. Not only that, there were scratches all over the grille that looked like cats were the ones in charge of shipping and handling. The bottom clips are also too small, and had to be ground off before it would slide over the body and line up to the screw holes. Customer service leaves a lot to be desires as well when I contacted them about this. One star. I definitely would find somewhere else for this part
