    Steel was just as thick as the OEM bracket, bolted right up after cleaning off the frame. this fit my 97 ford ranger.
    it came with nuts/bolts, but not grade 8.
    i would give 5 stars if it came with grade 8 hardware and ny-lock nuts. i had to purchase seperatly, but still a great product for the price!
