Rocker panels take a beating from the elements and road debris. They are some of the first body panels on your vehicle to start showing signs of wear, and will usually be one of the first panels to rust out. If you’re thinking”I’d rather fix my rust than buy a new vehicle” you’ve come to the right place.

All of our rocker panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place. The exception to this is”Slip-on”panels. Any panel labeled as”Slip-on”(may be Stamped or brake-made) can be placed over top of the original panel, and secured with an adhesive like Silaprene, epoxy, rivets, welded, etc.

Each panel is has a protective (EDP, Galvanized, etc.) coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.

We also carry a wide selection of inner rocker panels, cab corners, and floor pans. So whether you need to replace the driver side, passenger side, inner or outer rocker, we have the parts that you’re looking for.

Replace your rusted rocker panel by ordering this 1994-2005 S10 / S15 Rocker Panel”Slip-on” Driver Side from Raybuck Auto Body Parts today.

I bought the left side rocker panel from Raybuck for my 1997 S-10 pickup and I decided to replace the right side, the new rocker panels cleaned up the lower sides.

Delivered pretty quickly but once I got it to the shop where by friend could work on it he couldn’t get it to line up. He always gets his stuff here and always gets it to work but this one wouldn’t line up at all. First time buying here personally and kinda sad it didn’t work. Even with cutting it up it still wouldn’t come together right where the rocker meats the cab corner.

Hi Titus, sorry to hear that your shop had issues. We actually spoke with them, and it sounded like the problem was that they were trying to replace the rocker on your truck with a slip-on rocker instead of an OE-style rocker. The slip-on is meant to go over top of the existing, so it will align differently with the cab corner than the OE-style would. From what the shop was saying, it sounds like the OE-style is what was needed.

  3. Dave Rumbaugh

Rocker fit right over the existing one with a tiny bit of snipping to make it snug. Once fastened down and bondo applied and sanded, it was hard to tell if it had been repaired.
