This 1995-2005 Chevy Cavalier 4-Door Rocker Panel, Passenger Side fits 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier.
Rocker panels take a beating from the elements and road debris. They are some of the first body panels on your vehicle to start showing signs of wear, and will usually be one of the first panels to rust out. If you’re thinking”I’d rather fix my rust than buy a new vehicle” you’ve come to the right place.
All of our rocker panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place. The exception to this is”Slip-on”panels. Any panel labeled as”Slip-on”(may be Stamped or brake-made) can be placed over top of the original panel, and secured with an adhesive like Silaprene, epoxy, rivets, welded, etc.
For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.

I purchased this rocker panel for my 2001 Chevy Cavalier because the rocker panels on both sides had rotted through and it would not pass MA inspection. I cut the new passenger side rocker panel from Raybuck in half and used the other half on the driver side. It fit fine. I used self tapping sheet metal screws and pop rivets to attach the new panels over the old panels. I cleaned out the chunks of rusted metal and wire brushed it before installing the new panels. So, in conclusion, an excellent product that did the trick. Went back and the car passed inspection, no problem.
