This 1996-2017 Chevy/GMC Full Size Van Front Lower Quarter Section, Passenger Side fits 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 Chevy or GMC Van.

Rust doesn’t discriminate. It forms on almost every vehicle and on every exterior steel body panel. If you’re vehicle is exposed to salt spray, it’s most likely going to rust even faster, and usually by the time you see bubbles the situation is a lot worse than it appears. A lot of body panels will rust from the inside out, so those paint bubbles are like the tip of the iceberg. Poke it with your finger and all of the sudden you find a hole that goes completely through the panel. There’s also a good chance that the body panel behind or next to the bubbled one is also rusted. Rust is nasty, but we have the body repair panels to help fix your rust problems.

All of our rust replacement body panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.

Each panel has a protective (EDP, Galvanized, etc.) coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For additional rust protection, we offer ZeroRust which is a rust-inhibiting paint, as well as a selection of undercoating materials.

    A Don’t be silly ! Welded
    A Used this part on several rusty vans. Nicer finish is fully welded in place and smoothed with filler for nice paint job. On quicker jobs I welded just the lower edge to inner rocker panel and then drilled holes and riveted and glued top edge to existing panel. Sprayed rattle can black.
    Answered by the admin These will not fit over the existing piece, it will have to be removed, and tis piece put in its place. It can be attached a multitude of ways, but welding is the recommended way.

    Answered by the admin https://raybuck.com/product/1996-17-lower-side-panel-driver-side/ - much longer, from the rear of the front door, back to the front of the wheel arch. IF you have the long wheel base use with part# 0812-110.
    Answered by the admin There is not a small panel like the one on the passenger side. The only driver side panel would be the 0812-109 which is for the driver side panel without cargo doors.

    Answered by the admin No. The driver side panel is a full panel. Part # 0812-109.

    A Yes, it is the front section of the passenger side rear fender. My 96 has dual swing doors, the fit was good. It is over sized in height, cut off what you don't need. Good quality stamping, would use again.
