Rocker panels take a beating from the elements and road debris. They are some of the first body panels on your vehicle to start showing signs of wear, and will usually be one of the first panels to rust out. If you’re thinking “I’d rather fix my rust than buy a new vehicle”, you’ve come to the right place.

All of our rocker panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place. The exception to this is”Slip-on”panels. Any panel labeled as “Slip-on” (may be Stamped or brake-made) can be placed over top of the original panel, and secured with an adhesive like Silaprene, epoxy, rivets, welded, etc.

We also carry a wide selection of inner rocker panels, cab corners, and floor pans. So whether you need to replace the driver side, passenger side, inner or outer rocker, we have the parts that you’re looking for.

Replace your rusted rocker panel by ordering this 1996-2007 Dodge Caravan Full Length Slip On Rocker Panel, Driver’s Side from Raybuck Auto Body Parts today.

A Great product. Looks great, great fit, easy to install, cut out the old and screw or rivet on the new.

Looks perfect and fits perfectly. Price is good but shipping is of course pricey if shipped over a long distance

This was actually the second panel I bought for this ’04 T&C van. The first was from another vendor. Same piece that looked like it was produced by the same stamper, but the other seller’s box was crap, and opened during shipping. It is bent & dented, and does not lay flat when dry-fitted. I don’t have the time to re-pack, and stress about RMA and return shipping. I ordered this one from RAYBUCK hoping it would arrive in useable shape, and it did. Super nice packing- heavy box- THANK YOU!!!! A dry-fit was perfect- it hugs the factory contours and lays flat, and I’ll be installing it as soon as my clear coat dries. It looks so nice, and will install so easily that that I ordered the other side slip rocker, to keep this new-looking 13-year old in perfect shape. You folks are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!

A I found the part to be very acceptable and very close to original. My issue was there was no place to weld properly and a losing battle with this vehicle. The proper way would be to cut out all the area that the rocker panel needs to sit in and weld it in place. I opted to literally rivet it over the rust and screwing the underneath to the rusted existing rocker panel bottom. This buys a little time especially when you por 15 treat the underneath part before installation and then prime and paint the outer part. So the short answer is yes. Even as a homeowner project though it gets costly. And ... Read more
Answered by the admin We do not recommend welding in the slip on rockers. For the best results, cut out the old and weld in full replacements - https://raybuck.com/?s=2004+dodge+&fwp_model=town-and-country&fwp_product_category=rocker-panels . The slip on panels slide right over the existing ones and will cover the complete rocker area, this should be attached with Silaprene (adhesive ) or rivets.
