All of our replacement floor panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.
Each panel has a protective (EDP, Galvanized, etc.) coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.

I’m in France, I collect Jeep CJ, YJ and TJ. My latest acquisition, a 1998 TJ which needs a little restoration on the rear floorboards. I didn’t know your company but when I saw the variety in the catalog, I didn’t hesitate for long.

I am reviewing the product and the service. I ordered from a different place who said they had in stock and promptly emailed letting them know when I needed the parts for a job. I was told all was good and I would recieve an update when order was shipped. I followed up each week. After a month I called Raybuck’s, they had in stock and I explained to the gentleman on the line my situation. He took my order and shipped out same day.
