The bed of your truck can haul anything from some camping gear to a load of gravel. You’ve protected the inside of the bed with a slide-in or a spray-on bed liner, and maybe you’ve even had the underside sprayed with undercoating. It’s almost inevitable, though, that road salt and moisture will penetrate these barriers and start to rust the more vulnerable areas, like the lower quarters and wheel arches. Replacing the entire bed can be costly, which is why we sell a wide selection of truck bed repair panels.
All of our replacement bed panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.
Each panel has a protective (EDP, Galvanized, etc.) coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For additional rust protection, we offer ZeroRust which is a rust-inhibiting paint. We also offer a selection of undercoating materials as well as DIY spray-on bedliner kits.
Whether you need to replace a lower quarter panel, a wheel arch, or an inner wheelhouse, we have the parts that you’re looking for. Fix your rusted truck bed by ordering this 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra Rear Lower Bedside Section (8′ Bed) Passenger Side from Raybuck Auto Body Parts today.

Great fit, as good or better gauge metal compared to the OEM specs and coated. This is a problem solver body part. It was hard to find but Raybuck had it. Let’s be honest, the older trucks last especially the diesels which I have. But the body parts are hard to find under most circumstances. In my case, entire bed side panels extremely hard to find. I need to access behind the rear bottom side panels to get to a critical location where rust was taking hold. It was the structure support for the gate hinges. The only repair suitable was to grind the rust off down to metal and go from there. My 20 year old truck has little rust, only surface rust, if that much. But I found this rust after common rust went through my bumper. So, I purchase a new bumper assembly and while under there looked up and found the rust. A simple bumper replacement became a project. Raybuck uses a great supplier of body parts that I was successful in shaping and welding into place.

Received bedside section, perfect condition for my project. I ordered 8’ ft bed in error and sent back for short box section. Return and refund handled great. Just got my shortbox section yesterday. Also perfect and will begin box repair on my truck!
