Most likely you’re looking at this page because the floors in your Super Duty are feeling soft, and when you lifted the flooring you noticed that it was the only thing keeping your feet from hitting the ground. Floor pans and supports take a beating from the elements, and tend to trap moisture coming up from the road. The good news is that we have replacement floor panels to help you fix your truck.

All of our replacement floor panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.

Each panel has a protective (EDP, Galvanized, etc.) coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.

Whether you need to replace the driver or passenger side, we have the parts that you’re looking for. Replace your rusted floor support by ordering this 1999-2016 Ford Super Duty Pickup Driver’s Side Front Floor Support from Raybuck Auto Body Parts today.

I bought 2 to do the front and back they work properly much better than trying to fab these up

Very thick Metal. Doesn’t warp when welding. Also the paint is very strong and can be primed without removing. panels are packaged well for shipping in thick Card board boxes.

Great shipping and processing – Almost the same as passenger one (https://raybuck.com/product/1999-2016-ford-super-duty-pickup-passengers-side-front-floor-support/) Notice the center rectangle – it is much longer on this replacement piece. The center channel doesn’t quite match up if splicing this in. The passenger one is perfect, not sure what happened to the driver side. Able to weld it in, just couldn’t splice center section.

Nice heavy duty metal and good coating.

A We have a F350 crew cab. That required in each side, for front and back door. They only list front. Our reply directly from the manufacturer was that the front brackets can be used for the back doors. Have not installed yet, do not know if there are any issues.
A These are only listed for the front, but we have had people try to use them for the rear.
