This 2002-2008 Dodge Full Size Pickup Upper Rear Wheel Arch (Fleetside Only) Driver Side fits 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 Dodge Pickup Trucks.

The rear wheel openings on your vehicle are constantly sprayed with salt and road debris as you drive. If you have a Chevy, Ford, Toyota, or Dodge truck, there’s a good chance that mud is getting stuck up in there as well. It’s only a matter of time before the mix of water, salt, and mud causes corrosion to form. Before you know it, you see the dreaded paint bubbles starting to form around the lip of the wheel arch. The good news is that if you catch it in time, you can sometimes replace just the area of the arch that’s rusting out. If paint is already falling off, and you’re able to poke your finger through the side of your vehicle, you may need to replace the entire wheel arch and possibly the inner wheelhouse. Whether the rear wheel opening on your vehicle is just starting to bubble, or is completely rusted out, we have the wheel arch repair panels to help you fix your rust problem.

All of our wheel arch patch panels are constructed of stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.

For most trucks, if you’re not as worried about the appearance, you can usually slip these arches over top of your existing panel and secure them with an adhesive like Silaprene or epoxy. If doing this, we still highly recommend cutting out as much of the rust as possible, and sealing the rusted area with a rust-inhibiting paint, like ZeroRust, prior to installing the new arch.

Each panel has a protective (EDP, Galvanized, etc.) coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.

Whether you need to replace the whole wheel arch or just a portion of it, we have the parts that you’re looking for. Replace your rusted wheel arch by ordering this 2002-2008 Dodge Full Size Pickup Upper Rear Wheel Arch (Fleetside Only) Driver Side from Raybuck Auto Body Parts today.

THE PANELS I BOUGHT FROM RAYBUCK’S ARE ABSOLUTELY GREAT !!! THERE ISN’T ANY WARPING OR DISTORTION WHEN WORKING THESE PANELS DUE TO THE THICKNESS , LOVE WORKING WITH THEM THEY SAVE SO MUCH TIME AND WORK AND I FEEL PRICED WELL! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY !!! Amazed parts arrived next day, undamaged. I had extensive corrosion in wheel arch area. The replacement panel was just big enough and fit was good. Silaprene adhesive seems to work well, although I also used rivets to secure panel. Need to save up to buy rocker panel replacements, which will come from Raybuck.
