All of our replacement floor panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.
Each panel has a protective (EDP, Galvanized, etc.) coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.

The panel for the passenger floor fit perfectly. The body shop had no problems using the floor pan to fix the rust problem. In fact, having a pre-molded floor pan saved $$ as no fabrication was required at the shop.

Excellent gauge and quality product. I no longer have to worry about holes in the floor of my car. Body shop was able to do quality work with the excellent parts from Raybuck. The low pricing also helped to offset the cost of the labor to repair the vehicle.
