This 2003-2017 Ford Expedition OE-Style Rocker Panel, Driver’s Side fits 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 Ford Expedition.

Rocker panels take a beating from the elements and road debris. They are some of the first body panels on your vehicle to start showing signs of wear, and will usually be one of the first panels to rust out. If you’re thinking “I’d rather fix my rust than buy a new vehicle”, you’ve come to the right place.

All of our rocker panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place. The exception to this is”Slip-on”panels. Any panel labeled as “Slip-on” (may be Stamped or brake-made) can be placed over top of the original panel, and secured with an adhesive like Silaprene, epoxy, rivets, welded, etc.

Each panel is has a protective (EDP, Galvanized, etc.) coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.

    A these are to be welded in, after you have cut out the old.
    3. Someone asked if these rocker panels would fit an 08 expedition. And the answer was no but they say 2003 to 2017. Will they fit an 08?

    Answered by the admin Since the time that question was asked (2021) this year range has been updated. It WILL fit the full year range listed.

    A UPDATE 4/13/2023 WE have found this WILL fit years 2003-2017 . Previous answer - No this will only fit the year ranges specified in the part heading and description. 2003-2006
