This 2006-2012 Ford Fusion Rocker Panel Driver Side fits 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 Ford or Mercury Fusion, Milan.

Rocker panels take a beating from the elements and road debris. They are some of the first body panels on your vehicle to start showing signs of wear, and will usually be one of the first panels to rust out. If you’re thinking “I’d rather fix my rust than buy a new vehicle”, you’ve come to the right place.

All of our rocker panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place. The exception to this is”Slip-on”panels. Any panel labeled as “Slip-on” (may be Stamped or brake-made) can be placed over top of the original panel, and secured with an adhesive like Silaprene, epoxy, rivets, welded, etc.

Each panel is has a protective (EDP, Galvanized, etc.) coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.

    Bought the full rocker panel for a 2008 Ford Fusion – rather than the slip over cover.
    There was a minor issue and Raybuck took care of it immediately – with no hassles at all!
    This full rocker panel is well built – and I was very impressed!

Questions and answers

    My rocker panels on my 2010 Ford Fusion are rotting. I see only replacement panels and no slip-ons, am I correct? What is the difference in the structural integrity between the 2 types? I plan on trying to install the panels myself without a welder, can this be done using rivets with the replacement panels? Also, do the panels come with installation instructions? I ask because I have never done this before but I am handy.

    Answered by the admin We do not have slip on panels. The full panels are not designed to go over the existing panel like a slip on panel. A full panel that is installed correctly and welded it would have the same strength as the original body. A slip on panel that is installed with rivets will not be as strong. We do not provide instructions.
