    Yes, these are slip on.

    The Metal Panel: The part you are looking at is a 22-gauge steel replacement rocker panel. Structurally, the Mk6 Jetta (2011–2018) shares the same inner and outer rocker architecture across most sedan sub-models, including the GLI.

    No, but can be drilled. 

    Unlike some cars that have circular holes with plastic plugs on the bottom, the Jetta uses stamped indentations along the bottom "pinch weld" (the seam where the inner and outer rocker panels meet).Location: Look along the very bottom edge of the car, underneath the doors. Appearance: They look like small, intentional "ripples" or gaps in the metal flange. Function: These allow condensation and any water that enters the body cavity to escape.
