When a Trim-Kut disc finally “loads up”, just run the disc against a sharp edge and the disc edge trims itself off.
Since the disc has a co-polymer backing, you can change from “push grind” to “pull grind” for those hard to reach inside edges. Simply reverse the disc on your mandrel by screwing the mandrel from the backing side through the reversible disc.
