Yes, we are still shipping*
The asterisk is because of the crazy times we’re all living in right now. The coronavirus (Covid-19) is unlike anything that the world has ever seen before. Entire cities are shut down and normal life as we used to know it has been drastically altered to social distancing, self-isolation, and quarantine. A huge percentage of businesses in the US have been mandated to close for an indefinite period of time, and those of us who are able to continue to work are doing so under severely altered conditions, such as working from home, or alternating shifts in the warehouse. This is all part of the social distancing that we’ve been asked to do to help curb the spread of this disease, and to keep everyone safe.
We’ve received a lot of calls and other communication regarding our hours and shipping times, and I want to let you know that we are open, shipping, and doing the best that we can do to get parts to you as quickly as possible. Due to the alterations and disruptions of most businesses, and the surge in online ordering, shipping times are longer than normal. We may still get items shipped out in a day, but it may take the carrier a few extra days to get the package to you. Average delivery times across the country are around 10-15 business days. International orders are taking considerably longer than normal, so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
We’re car people too, so we know that a lot of you are in your garage during this quarantined time. We greatly appreciate your business and will do everything that we can to help get parts to you quickly.
