Q: How do I register the vehicle?
A:We provide you with an MSO (Manufacturer Statement of Origin) Certificate that you will take to your state’s DMV. You can register the vehicle in one of the following ways. Special Construction, the vehicle is registered as a special construction vehicle. Or, VIN Transfer, you can transfer the VIN if you have a donor vehicle.
Q: Do you provide a VIN#?
A: No, a new VIN will be provided by your local DMV or state patrol.

Q: What is a MSO or MCO?
A: MSO stands for manufacturer statement of origin. MCO stands for Manufacturers Certificate of Origin. MSO or MCO states that the manufacturer made this new and it was never previously titled, but transferred to an entity (dealer, other manufacturer to modify, or to a financial holding company). This does two things: it clearly states that the item is new and has never before been titled, but shows legal ownership (it allows the sale or transfer without titling). This type of transfer does not require any state or federal fees.
