Reproduction SS style functional cowl hood with hood pin holes for the 71-72 Chevrolet Chevelle & El Camino Stamped from high quality heavy gauge steel. Each hood features the correct shape, size, bends, curves and fully finished, factory style underside, like original. AMD hoods are designed to be a direct bolt-on replacement to your vehicles stock hood. All applications utilize your vehicles stock hinges and latch assembly. AMD steel hoods arrive EDP coated to help protect against rust and corrosion. All hoods will require normal prep work (test fit, sand, prime) before paint can be applied. This item, due to its size and weight, is much more susceptible to shipping damage. AMD ships this item in an additional custom foam-padded box. Boxing fees are in addition to standard shipping.
