I have not received my order yet but I am giving a 5 star review because of customer service. I originally ordered this item along with two other items on 9/1/26. I received two of the items I ordered (which were great) within 1.5 weeks. The steering column boot was not included with the delivery and I assumed it would be coming separately due to a backorder issue. By 9/23/26 I had not received the steering column boot and sent an email to Raybuck’s to find out the status. Their records showed the steering boot had already been sent with my original package. I explained what I had received and they asked for a photo of the box my other two items came in. I explained I had already thrown it away and that no manifest had come in the box. I further explained I did not suspect any wrong doing therefore had no reason to save or photograph the box. Without hesitation I was told my steering column boot would be shipped to me!. I was not expecting that! Once it was discovered a mistake had been made and I did not photo or save the original box the other two items had come in, I expected the process was going to take a long time and might even be a bumpy road. NOPE! they were great!. Thank you so much for the customer service. This is not the norm these days.
