All of our replacement floor panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.
Each panel has a protective (EDP, Galvanized, etc.) coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.

First time doing this type of project choose to use bc of the reviews and when received is exactly what you see on their website is what you get heavy duty material…only problem was the drain hole that measures 2 7/8in but was solve by using a 3 Inch Round Plastic End Cap (for Hole Size from 2 11/16 to 2 7/8, Including 2 3/4 inches), Cover for Steel Fence Post, Furniture Finishing Plug found on Amazon. With a bead of seam sealer and finish product came out great.
