Description
Order a 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra Inner Rear Wheel House for fleetside only, Driver Side from Raybuck. This is the piece between the inner and outer bedside skin (behind the wheel arch) and not the piece you see in the bed.
Want to verify your bed size? Check out our truck bed reference chart.
This 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra Inner Rear Wheel House (Fleetside Only), Driver Side fits 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2004, 2005, 2006 Chevy and GMC trucks. These are sometimes also referred to as “wheel well liners.”
The rear wheel openings on your vehicle are constantly sprayed with salt and road debris as you drive. There’s a good chance that mud is getting stuck up in there as well. It’s only a matter of time before the mix of water, salt, and mud causes corrosion to form. Before you know it, you see the dreaded paint bubbles starting to form around the lip of the wheel arch. The good news is that if you catch it in time, you can sometimes replace just the area of the arch that’s rusting out. If paint is already falling off, and you’re able to poke your finger through the side of your vehicle, you may need to replace the entire wheel arch and possibly the inner wheelhouse. Whether the rear wheel opening on your vehicle is just starting to bubble, or is completely rusted out, we have the wheel arch repair panels to help you fix your rust problem.
All of our wheel arch patch panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.
For most trucks, if you’re not as worried about the appearance, you can usually slip these arches over top of your existing panel and secure them with an adhesive like Silaprene. If doing this, we still highly recommend cutting out as much of the rust as possible, and sealing the rusted area with a rust-inhibiting paint, like ZeroRust, prior to installing the new arch.
Each panel has a protective (EDP, Galvanized, etc.) coating for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.
Whether you need to replace the whole wheel arch or just a portion of it, we have the parts that you’re looking for. Replace your rusted wheel arch by ordering this 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra Inner Rear Wheel House (Fleetside Only), Driver Side from Raybuck Auto Body Parts today.

It works but not well. If I could give 2.5 stars, I would because it reflects actual rating. I can’t find a solution anywhere except here for this part. If memory, serves me, GM sells the entire inner wheel well assembly which is 2 parts (inner inner well which extends into the bed and this part which is the inner outer well that goes between the bed box and the bedside panel. The fitment is way off but with some trial and error, you will be able to get it in. There are 2 hangers (left and right of the wheel that support the bedside panel. Those mount onto the inner inner and inner outer wheel wells and the bottom of the bedside panel left and right of the wheel for support. The trick is to start the mounting bolts after you slide this panel into place which is not easy to do. You must do this before you start spot welding it into place. The bottom line except for raybuck, I could not find any other vendor that provides this part. So, in that since, I’m grateful.

How they should have been made from the beginning, heavier gauge steel with perfect fitment.
Used 3M panel adhesive and a few spot welds to install.
Was easier to install than expected.
Bill Roach –
Fit well and the material was heavier than original mfg.

Product is heavy duty and very well made I think they are heavier than the factory ones. Very easy to find what a guy is looking for on the web site. The only downfall to me was waiting over three weeks to get the parts. I wish shipping was a little faster. I would recommend this site to anyone look for auto body parts.

Thanks for your feedback Jeremy. Yes, we’re experiencing long delays on some parts right now. We’re hopeful that this will get back to normal levels soon.

Great heavy duty panels that aren’t too hard to replace once the outer wheel arch flair is remove. Easy to put into place and only took minor tweaking (shortening a couple of tabs and slight re-arching.) I tack welded them on but one could easily do a good repair using bolts or rivets instead. Highly recommend them even though they cost a little more than I think they should.
