Rocker panels take a beating from the elements and road debris. They are some of the first body panels on your vehicle to start showing signs of wear, and will usually be one of the first panels to rust out. If you’re thinking “I’d rather fix my rust than buy a new vehicle”, you’ve come to the right place.

All of our rocker panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place. The exception to this is”Slip-on”panels. Any panel labeled as “Slip-on” (may be Stamped or brake-made) can be placed over top of the original panel, and secured with an adhesive like Silaprene, epoxy, rivets, welded, etc.

We also carry a wide selection of inner rocker panels, cab corners, and floor pans. So whether you need to replace the driver side, passenger side, inner or outer rocker, we have the parts that you’re looking for.

Replace your rusted rocker panel by ordering this 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra Rocker Bottom,”Slip-on”For 2-Door Or Ext Cab, Passenger Side from Raybuck Auto Body Parts today.

Well packaged, timely delivery, heavy gauge metal, much better than the previous one I ordered from another company. If they dont specify the thickness then it will be on the thin side. Will bye from here next time.

I used adhesive , Loctite in groove & along attachment area and it appears to have been enough to hold securely. Also applied 3 screws along top to assist in retention. Fit was great but had to cut a notch at the front end to allow perfect fit. Highly recommend .

Panel fit very well if i ever do another one I will be sure to order adhesive just for back up. Tack welding it in place to metal like tissue paper is very time consuming. SO I had a lot of rot under where panel was to fit. It did work out nicely good product at a reasonable price.

Do these slip on over the old rocker panels? Also how do you recommend attaching them. I do not have a welder. Will body seam sealer hold them in place? Do you have any photos of these installed? Thank you.

Yes, these slip over the old rockers, and can be attached multiple ways. We recommend and sell, SILAPRENE adhesive and sealer, also rivets and screw can be used. I cannot attach pictures here.
