Rocker panels take a beating from the elements and road debris. They are some of the first body panels on your vehicle to start showing signs of wear, and will usually be one of the first panels to rust out. If you’re thinking “I’d rather fix my rust than buy a new vehicle”, you’ve come to the right place.
All of our rocker panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place. The exception to this is”Slip-on”panels. Any panel labeled as “Slip-on” (may be Stamped or brake-made) can be placed over top of the original panel, and secured with an adhesive like Silaprene, epoxy, rivets, welded, etc.
We also carry a wide selection of inner rocker panels, cab corners, and floor pans. So whether you need to replace the driver side, passenger side, inner or outer rocker, we have the parts that you’re looking for.
Replace your rusted rocker panel by ordering this 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra Rocker Bottom,”Slip-on”For 2-Door Or Ext Cab, Driver Side from Raybuck Auto Body Parts today.

Got these slip on rocker panels for my 2003 Silverado LS extended cab. I trimmed the ends to fit, cut out what rust I could and hit the rest with rust restorer. I ordered adhesive from Raybuck as well for the top of the panel and used screws on the bottom. I had some gaps from removing the rust so i used a little boday filler here and there. I ordered these on a Friday evening and received them the following Tuesday!

I recently replaced both side rocker panels using Loctite sealant and all appears well. I did apply screws to help hold in place until sealant set and appears to have worked. Covers had to be modified by cutting a notch in the front to allow for a perfect fit. This product is well worth the price and does cover the damaged area. Use A GOOD ADHEASIVE.

How did you install these? Did you just slip them over the existing rocker panels and glue? Mine are pretty rusted, might need to do some cutting first. Just not sure how they will fit.

The repair panels fit correctly and I had no problems installing it. It pays to remove rust from the existing frame to get them to fit.
