When selecting any part for your pickup, please make sure that you are selecting the correct cab style: Standard/Regular Cab has two doors and no rear seating area, Extended Cab has two rear suicide doors that open towards the bed of the truck and do not have exterior door handles, Crew Cab has four full doors that all open up toward the front of the truck.

This “Slip-on” rocker panel passenger side fits 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra crew cab trucks as well as Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon, and Avalanche vehicles.

Rocker panels take a beating from the elements and road debris. All of our rocker panels are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place. The exception to this is”Slip-on”panels. Any panel labeled as “Slip-on” can be placed over top of the original panel, and secured with an adhesive, like Silaprene, rivets, welded, etc.

Each panel is also e-coated for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over.

    Awsome was alittle long for my 02 tahoe had to cut and modify about 6 inches i think what i got was for suburban either we madw them work and they look like factory

    I’m first to say I have no body work experience, but with a lot of research and use of their helpful website I was able to tackle this project. I selected to use these rockers because they seemed to be thicker than all others than I could find for sale at reputable sites. They were packaged well and shipped quickly. They were of high quality and fit really well. I removed the truck doors and nerf bars to make sure that I had lots of room for replacement, but someone with more experience might could do it without removing rear door. This repair took me three weekends to complete – (one weekend per side and one for paint/final assembly). I was very meticulous with this project and it really made the truck look a lot better. You won’t be disappointed purchasing this product.

    These were exactly what I was looking for to cover up my rusted out rockers on my ‘02 Tahoe. I cut out the rusty parts of the factory rockers and then was able to weld these in place over them and it looks great. Now I just need to paint them to match. I had to trim the length to fit a Tahoe and I removed the extra metal above the trim line and it appears undetectable that rockers were covered.

    Part was a good fit and easier to install than I expected. I cut the old panels off just inside the curve and the new slipped right on. It fits under the front fender and matches up well with the front and back ends of the body. I installed cab corners at the same time and my truck went from looking like a junker to a real truck again in 1 days time. If I knew it was going to be as easy as it turned out to be I would have done this a long time ago.

    I found the panel went on easy and the adhesive worked well I added a couple of ss sheet metal screws and a quick paint job! Couple years I’ll do the other side. Thanksr

    Answered by the admin That's going to depend on how they are attached. If they are factory installed, I am pretty sure these slip right over the mounting points. If they are aftermarket, modifications on the new panel may be necessary. I would think these could work around the running board either way.

    A Bought for my 2002 Chevy Avalanche. Took some careful cutting to fit but fit nice once fitted. I welded it on. Good grade & gauge of metal.
    A I found glue doesn't hold that well with Minnesota salt and snow. So I use five stainless bolts and nuts to attach the bottom and steel button rivets on the top. Raybuck quality is great. I paint both sides with Rust-Oleum hammered metal paint. Looks great and holds up great.

    A Not totally sure about the Tahoe but it fits my 06 Suburban like a glove so I'd guess it would fit. This is a seriously solid piece of metal and once bolted on it made a weak, rusted rocker panel very sturdy.
