Cab corners get abused from the elements and road debris. They catch road grime and salt which, over time, causes them to rust out. If you’re thinking “I’d rather fix my rust than buy a new vehicle”, you’ve come to the right place.
All of our cab corners are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.
Each panel is e-coated (EDP) for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over. For best finishing results we recommend scuffing the e-coat, priming, and then top coating with an automotive grade paint.

I have used a lot of these panels, I cut out the rust and use only what I need of the new panel. I spot weld them in place. They fit wonderfully and if they have them in stock, shipping is only a few days. I repair rust for a living and Raybuck is my sheet metal supplier. I am happy with them as my supplier
