This passenger side cab corner fits 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 Ford F150 crew cab trucks.
Cab corners get abused from the elements and road debris. They catch road grime and salt which, over time, causes them to rust out. If you’re thinking “I’d rather fix my rust than buy a new vehicle”, you’ve come to the right place.
All of our cab corners are stamped steel. The stamping process starts with a 3D scan of an OEM part which produces an OEM-like fitment. The old panel will need to be cut out so that the new one can be welded in its place.
Each panel is e-coated (EDP) for additional corrosion protection. The e-coating leaves a black finish that can be scuffed and painted over.

I had the doors removed to do the rocker and the cab corner. I should have remounted doors before welding up. the profile looked great with the bed, but is smaller than my original, so it sits in almost 1/4″ from the original. Take your time, go through all the fit-up steps. I could have easily made it come out with the door correctly had i been watching for it. Other than slightly smaller great part!
